INITIAL BUDGET:
When we started our search within used boats, our plan was to
spend approximately 10-20.000 Euros to perform things like:
- integration (e.g. adding chartplotter, radar, AIS) or a total replacement (if too
old) of the existing electronics
- replacement of the standing rigging
- repair or replacement of the sail wardrobe
- engine maintenance
- general maintenance (interior varnishing, some repairs)
REVISED FIRST BUDGET:
In view of the boat's - rather depressing - condition, we
revised our budget as follows:
